While your building is under construction, the site works can already be well underway. With our five facilities located throughout Ontario, Senator can harness our resources to deliver a superior product saving you time which leads to significant monetary savings.

Senator also has the ability to offer our design-build services for customized commercial, industrial, institutional and residential applications. We offer far greater flexibility and numerous other advantages over any site-build competitor.

From a customer's concept Senator produces custom drawings, blueprints and digital models. We can build to your custom specifications or help you choose for a specific project.

ENGINEERING

Our design department works closely with our in-house engineering division to insure optimal quality and code compliance.

CONSTRUCTION

Our innovative approach to construction allows us to build structures of the utmost complexity, quality and at a far greater rate than any conventional builder. Senator can begin constructing your building while the site is prepared, saving months of construction time.

SITE PREP.

The site is prepared at the same time that Senator is constructing the building. Modules are then delivered set into place and finished.
